Most kits will allow you to cut all the way up to the lock bracket on the right side (except for the TPO kit).

I used a pipe cutter, so I couldn't get it all off.

 I have a black billet alum license plate bracket I'd sell for $40 + shipping. I paid $75 for it and never used it. It was posted here a while back or email me for photos.
