I bought a set of 4 Track 01's three years ago and I have had to replace each one due to them failing. Just had one shit the bed today and I'm outta luck as the 01's are not produced any more. So it means that I have bought 7 signals over the last 3 years at $50 plus a pop...am I an idiot?! ya I am I guess.
I LOVE the look of these signals..... I just wish they were made a little better. It's got to be the lttle IC board in the square black box.
Oh well....

you know whats funny, i know someone who bought one and it was DOA.
Hve you tried to repair them or warranty them?
If your not going to do anything with them, let me know, I have good luck with repairing turn signals and tail lights, SMD and LED.

I hear you. I bought the track 01's because I liked the way they looked. Now if one breaks, there is no replacing them. I have been searching for a good replacement and the closest I've found is the Ducati Performance signals. The catalog says 696, 1100 but they should work on others too I hope.

Where did you purchase them from?
Some of the older signals had and issue with water getting inside, leading to a failure. I had a couple zeros crap out like that. PJ of PJs parts hipped me to that, and a little silicone in the threaded tube had kept the current set going for quite a bit now.

These signals are out of warranty. And it's no fault of the vendor. Pjs comped shipping on the first two which was greatly appreciated.
No way was this a water failure.
The design sucks. You have to "squish" the electrical ribbon type connector through the nut. The wires are like 22g and this to me is just asking for trouble from the beginning.
This one failed like my others did..... Worked yesterday and today no worky. Switched wures around and it's def a dead light.

Seems that many LED most signals end up being disposable in the end.
I just use cheap-o halogen signals.
Don't have to bother with resistors or flasher modules, and haven't replaced a single one in almost 5 yrs.

Those are nice.
How much $$$?
Do those still require the addition of resistors?
Would be nice if they're built in.

they were $124 per pair they come with a resistor box in line. So it's really plug n play.

Hopefully Ducati realized they need to strip the wire insulation before they crimp on the connector.
