I believe these are styled after Laverda Jota handlebars.

looks like you can vary the angle both horizontally and vertically. kind of like the variobar clip ons

Same outfit has Tommaselli in steel.
I have a faint recollection of seeing these before, but had totally forgotten about them:



I've had my hands on the Tommaselli aluminum clip-ons.

Thanks for the info and link.  I'm liking those Laverda style bars. 

If anybody has mounted them please post some pics and what you think of them.  Thanks.
