Awesome! Sounds like you had fun and an eye opening experience. Actually the Glock has 3 safeties that work in sequence as you press the trigger. [thumbsup]

Michael cut up through the Panhandle yesterday skirting by us and left behind an absolutely beautiful day. Put in some good work from 50, 25 then up in the 10-15 range. Worked a bunch of multiple tgt indexing while on the move as well as mag changes. Used my truck as an obstacle and shot a wide left to right transition. The right target from my angle was a foot off the side of the truck.  ;)

Solid work today. Singles, multiples. Multiple target indexing, mag changes, and work from 25-50. Was on my last 3 mags and noticed I lost my fiber optic front. I was on a roll so I didn't replace it. Ran the last mags old school style black/black sights. Not an issue by any means.

I believe I mentioned it before. This isn't a gunfight movie like John Wick or Colllateral. The main scene I trained Nicole for is the bank shootout. She does some other gun play in it, but it's not the focus of Karyn's film.

Absolutely perfect weather today. I ran 300+ rounds working targets in depth. This type of shooting needs to be added to your training if it's not already incorporated. Worked diagonal movement both directions on multiple tgts as well. Mag change drills as usual.

Ricky from STI called today and also sent me a pic of the gun. He's the guy who did all the work. It got back from getting DLC coating and they did the barrel as well. He's out of the small screws that hold the RMR on, so he couldn't ship it yet. I have a set of Ti ones, but I'll wait and double check the measurements. It's gonna be a beast.

New slide (I didn't have them cut a notch for a front sightpost)
New barrel
New grip (smaller for my cabbage patch hands and undercut on the bottom of the trigger guard)
New trigger shoe (shorter reach for my booger picker)

Looking forward to a shootin review!

Being faster than you thought possible…it feels good. No, screw thatâ€"it feels like shotgunning a gallon of adrenaline and chasing it with an all-night orgy aboard a burning Viking boat.

Working for Uncle Sugar for a month so it squeezes my range days, but I got in a good one today. Warmed up on the 6-8” discs then got down to business. Targets in-depth working them front to back, left to right and reverse of those. Did moving mag changes on multiples, used my car as an obstacle on a wide L-R transition from 25, then did some singles from the holster at 50.

LAX Ammunition is having a deal on 9mm.

I've ordered from them before and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Kopfjager

Thanks. Just ordered 1k of their 147gr remain. I'll see how it runs.
