Do you personally know the object of that picture?  If not, how can you be certain that she doesn't have some medical condition (read chemical imbalance) that manifests as severe reaction to alcohol?  And maybe the person that was pouring drinks into her didn't know either...  Simply stated, if you don't know the person and you don't know the full details of the situation that person found themselves in then try not to humor yourself by belittling them. 

I know I set very lax rules to this thread (not like anyone would abide by any rules anyhow), but have a bit of decency and knock that crap off.

Sorry you all wanted a thread more suited to some polly-prissy-pants version of the world. Its just a picture, get over it, geez. Have you stopped to think about Cyrus at all as you accuse him of being a heartless dink who likes to kick others while they are down? No. No you didn't. You didn't stop to consider how difficult is to be better than other people. Which isn't actually all that hard when you are so much better than other people, but some of you simpletons have a hard time recognizing it. That picture was mid motion as it was taken by his drunk booty call of the night.

I did connect on his ear, but he did tilt his head down, so yeah, it was probably shoulder level verse head, but technically was head as it was moved.

He is a good friend of mine.......why would I clock him incredibly hard in the head without proper gear? Apparently based on your comment........you'd kick a friend hard in the head to the point where he drops his beer. That's a pretty dick move but wouldn't shock me.

It's pretty hard for a 5' 7" guy with short legs to get it up that high, probably muscle memory back to my football days.
