Looked like they maybe were take bone marrow samples, but I thought they did that in the hip?

The patient looked so relaxed I would have probably guessed she was high.

Used when you can't get an IV in....becoming more common in the field. The needles forming a circle are just stabilizing needles, the one the middle is the one that actually goes into the marrow to deliver medications.
