Stolen Helmet...Seriously

I know...odd topic. But I'm sad to say that someone on this board isn't honest. I normally wouldn't call someone out publicly, but I'm hoping nobody else gets burned so I'm posting this as a heads-up.
You might remember
this thread
from a few months back.
ducjohn
borrowed one of our spare helmets and hasn't returned it...in 3 months. He's not responding to PMs or phone calls, and has apparently stopped posting (but is
still lurking
) on the board. I'm normally a very generous person, and I'm disappointed that someone on the board turned out to be a thief. He's apparently had some recent
court judgements
against him too, so don't let him come asking for anything.
Glad it wasn't anything more than a helmet. The SFPD has been notified, has this guy's info, and the next time he gets pulled over it won't be pleasant.

I think he's been to a couple. Full story in the thread. But there's a pic on the page about judgments against him.

Sorry to hear that. You are generous and for someone to take advantage of you intentionally or just because they're too lazy to bother to return it--whatever--that's just really crappy.

My point exactly
But everyone on the MOB board is generous...even Spidey, who regularly lends out helmets & such. So when something like this happens, I think it's important that we call someone on it.
Besides...the old me (say, 3-4 years ago) would've handled it with fisticuffs. I'd like to think I've matured a little.

This is why I don't host them. My shit is too nice to let people walk off with it, which they always do.

We could do that. But first we need to drink at Zeitgeist.

I have an oxy-acetylene.
It'll make anyone honest.
Did you know it's possible to set the fat in feet on fire?
No one likes the smell of their own feet burning.
