Karl! You back? Lets ride sunday at 10:30. I need to get 200 miles on my Kawasaki before I can sell it....long story  Evil
I'm ready to ride Saturday and Sunday since i didn't touch a motorcycle for four weeks. Just got a new rear tire that needs to be rubbed in and I need to loose some of the weight I gained enjoying the European cuisine not to mention the wine and beer.  [moto]

Hey guys, how did that "red eye" flight go this morning?

The 10:30 started and ended @ 10:30.  Dusty, Cloner & I hung @ the Flying Star for a while, talked about all the times we have traveled in wind storms, & how cool it is that in 20min we can be home.  Poof, home.

Best part, three stubborn riders decided to lay down the swords for a day.     We'll be back   Evil

Not that this has anything to do with the crap weather today, buuuuut, can we go to the track....please?  Not for a ____ swinging contest, just ride without cars, dogs, flying street signs etc.

I know it's getting bad when I catch a green light on a right hand turn, & no one is in the crosswalk.

Hi my name is King, I'm an addict.

We met at 8 and headed for the Crest but I stopped 3/4 of the way up since the fog started to get pretty thick....not that the 40 degree temps had anything to do with it.  Grin
Stopped at the cafe to warm up and ran into Tim talking about the efficiency of IC engines and what he has and is planning to do to sell his concept.
Enjoyed the ride and the company ...good to be back home [moto]

It was like the old man and the sea heading east on I40. I couldnt get the KZ much over 75mph. But the crest was great up to the fog. I didnt realize how cold I was until we stopped. Like Karl said it was 40 degrees and i only had a tshirt on under leather!

Anyone up for a ride tomorrow?
I would like to do the Crest again to get rid of the rest of slick stuff on my rear tire before
the races start.
I'm ready for some track training hoping to take advandage of the talent we have in our group.

With an upcoming holiday weekend I was wandering if anyone might be interested in doing the high road
to Taos or a Jemez run for the extended weekend. I haven't seen most of our gang in a while and would also like to meet the new ones. Any takers?  [moto]

I'd love to do a LONG day ride.  As long as there's gas every 80 miles or so, I'm good.

Looks like my cupcake would prefer to perform yard work, so I will be on the 851. Who's up for the high road Fri or Sat or Sun? Saturday has a lesser chance of precip.

Tom Rolland and I were discussing meeting around 10 on Saturday and doing the Crest and Madrid....just to avoid wet complications.
