Great video. Scott had the camera? Who was in front of him? I believe Zaster was the bike in the lead.
It was the two old guys, Ed and myself holding up the man behind the camera...Scott  laughingdp Grin

Too bad you're not here to partake, Nic.  It's always fun to ride behind friends!

More to come....

Stew's HD lost a couple of pounds in weight due to all the scraping and his attempt to transfer it into
a bike that likes that kind of riding waytogo

Indeed!  I *love* the looks when you've got a knee out and have it leaned over until she's throwin' sparks and you're pissed b/c she just won't go anymore...

Anywho, who cares about that...  We're all out and back safely to enjoy it again another day!  waytogo

I contented myself with a 20-mile ride along Long Island's Gold Coast (see "The Great Gatsby") with the hope of taking my old sloop out for a sail. No wind, however. So I returned the same way.

I need to get me one of those helmet-cam things so you guys can see that we actually have a few nice roads here on Long Island. Of course, there are driveways and intersections and cars, tpp.

Nice riding with the bunch today!!   It's always a hoot to see the ducs flying together!     waytogo

Glad everyone made it past Deputy Dan who was on the hunt and taking wallet bites with $150 tickets.  I think that he will be back, now that he has tasted blood.....

Scott, I like the solo video better than the one with the senior citizens blocking the view.  Now if you have a 2" higher mount to get the windscreen edge lower that would put you in the Spielberg Class of movie makers.  I knew there was a secret meaning to the Clone Wars movie.....

Great Ride, Great People, Great Day!!!   applause

I assume it has a rev limiter somewhere, JJ, but I haven't found it yet.  I hope I'm better with throttle management than that.   Grin

Power noses over south of 9k, but is good from 5k up, so I generally shift between 8k and 9k if I'm "on the gas".  If you watch closely you'll see it hit 9k a couple of times.  Anything more than that is futile, as it makes no power up there.

Interesting, different from the 1098's. You know the bike well.  waytogo Either ways, shifting around 8k and 9k...is no leisure riding...How many times do we have to tell you to forget the squid personality!!!  Grin Hoping to join the party soon...Lets do a long one when that happens... [moto]
