Well, yes I do, but I am not shopping for myself at this point.  Alhough I would like to add another bike to the stable, unfortunately that's not in the cards right now.

A co-worker/friend is getting back into motorcycling after not riding for ~8 years and this would be a great bike for him.  He's struggling with whether he wants to spend the cash he has on hand  (read: been authorized by his wife to spend) or to just finance something.  There's a cute little used 750 Brutale inside the front door at Coleman's that caught his eye.....

there was just posted on the Baltimore Ducati Facebook, a guy with a yeller 99 750 Monster for $2300 O.B.O., with not too many details about it specifically...might be worth a looksee also...

I like that model a lot, shame it isn't red  Roll Eyes  (and a shame I don't have a great excuse to buy another sporty-bike)

meh.. swap the tank, ditch the seat cover and fairing and put a cf front mudguard on it and you have a red bike...

Who needs a new chain?  I've got a DiD VM525 X-ring chain that I got for the SC, but then decided to go a different route.  It's a 108 link chain and new in the box.  $120 and it's yours.

ass.  I was asking you to confirm, I didn't know they put 525 on the SC bikes.  All of my Ducatis have either a 50 series or a 520.

I think they starting putting the 525s on the 900s and above, but I might be mistaken.

I think they starting putting the 525s on the 900s and above, but I might be mistaken.

Both of my 900SS bikes have a 520.  That's why I was surprised, your SC is only 1000cc and probably less HP than my 900SP (944cc), unless you've done some serious work on it...

I wonder if it was the DS motors they put it on...

Could have been the DS bikes.  Mine has had some work, but nothing too serious.  Not yet at least.  It'll probably be up at Ferracci this winter though.
