The 93's had the old style oil passages on the heads that were problematic. which could have been addressed/rectified when the 944 kit went in if someone like Donnie did it.....

My favorite line: "Tank was replaced in August 2011 under warranty because of the known expansion problem with some 2005 tanks and ethanol, so that potential problem has been resolved."

they handled it late 93-97 with external oil lines. the 98 and up had redesigned internal passages. it would require some work or using later heads and cover. not a small amount of machining.

I've been here all along...just workin' and lurkin'...and getting the occasional commuter ride when I can. Can't wait for the real warm weather to start up.

He needed a new one anyways. Here's one, 'cause you're a doc and have a silver suit: or possibly an action shot?

Being faster than you thought possible…it feels good. No, screw that—it feels like shotgunning a gallon of adrenaline and chasing it with an all-night orgy aboard a burning Viking boat.
