I find this a bit perplexing: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2006-DUCATI-Motorycycle-Paul-Smart-/270952461163?pt=US_motorcycles&hash=item3f1606736b

I know these were produced in smaller numbers and it is a fine looking bike, but it still surprises me to see it getting full MSRP (2 days left in auction).  If I had $15K to spend on extra Duc(s), I'd buy these two bikes and have enough money leftover to buy a matching jacket and helmet for each one:

The 90s Supersports have already been praised in this space and this example, with the full fairing, Cagiva font and glorious redness is only going to get prettier as time marches on  drool-  http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Ducati-900SS-/330715549956?pt=US_motorcycles&hash=item4d002ed104

Even though the air-cooled Monsters are always prettier, as one of the last of the metal tank Monsters and with the blue paint, this baby looks nice enough - http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2005-Ducati-S4R-996-Monster-w-High-Performance-Termignoni-Carbon-Fiber-Exhaust-/270954454562?pt=US_motorcycles&hash=item3f1624de22

I'd buy that PS in a second if I had the extra cash laying around.
