If we all chip in a few bucks we could buy it. Thing would pay for itself after 1 change. Let's see now... who has a garage that's centrally located?.. I was serious about selling the scoot. Friend (or friends of friends) price available as I kinda want to make room for new toys. http://washingtondc.craigslist.org/nva/mcy/2989819751.html

I bought a set of stubbies for $30 and a tire bead breaker from harbor freight for $20. I found I could change a tire with that and a 5 gal bucket without much hassle.
It's the balancing that is more problematic for me.

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Socialist. Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Trade Unionist. Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Jew. Then they came for me--and there was no one left to speak for me.

The Marc Parnes balancer works well.
so i googled it http://pirateslair.net/Kbalancer.htmBenefits of the Marc Parnes Balance System...
* Extremely accurate running on precision low friction shielded ball bearings * Portable.. it fits in your tool box or tankbag * Does NOT require special factory adapters * Durable CNC machined from billet 6061-T-6 aircraft aluminum with a hardened steel axle * Front cones will work on many different motorcycle makes and models * Simple to use and inexpensive * Adhesive balance weights included * Longer lasting erections and now I HAVE to get it

Been using it for years As long as you don't balance Vespa itty-bitty wheels with that "condition", you'll be allright.

you have to get the adapters for the type of wheel, but it seems so. the principle is simple and it's not original ( http://www.harborfreight.com/motorcycle-wheel-balancing-stand-98488.html) The components are just nicer than most. He even makes a "fixup" for the Harbor Freight model.
