It's got a salvage title so something's up. Also, seems to be in Missouri? Or NJ?

Ouch. I wouldn't say the air-cooled Monsters are the top of the food chain, but junk?: http://washingtondc.craigslist.org/mld/mcy/3130118190.htmlNothing like presenting a friendly face to potential buyers

Yeah really. I'm betting that the S2R1000 is actually a better bike and I know for sure my 06' S2R1000 is, even if I am asking $1,300 more. - Gene

And considering the HP of the S4 tuned version of the 916 isn't that much over the 1000DS motor, and the S2R1000 has cheaper maintenance he should probably clarify his ad to say which air-cooled monsters he is describing as "wimpy". And maybe his "don't waste my time" comment should also be altered. I'm guessing this is another "I don't want to sell it but I'll pretend and alienate folks" ad. Good looking bike though!
