I'm guessing unavailable.  I rode an '87 CR500 in MX when I was 13 (and have raced two strokes on and off since) so not unaccustomed to the power delivery.  I probably haven't ridden anything with a modestly quick motor that handles that badly though  Shocked    [moto]

That would be an awesome bike. I'm sure the handling issues can be somewhat fixed. A fork brace + a steering damper would help a lot. Maybe some frame bracing?

Yes it can, drain the fluids, remove the battery, and park it in your spare room, naturally the living room would be reserved for something more worthy. It is a great conversation piece, about all it was good for back in the day and still.... - Gene
