That is worthy for the Living room when you get it finished. BTW are you familar with Deer Park Cycles? http://deerparkcycle.com/ A business partner, orig owner of a 1978 Triumph Bonneville, gorgeous BTW, just had this guy get it running, road worthy after a long time sitting in the garage. Just in case you did not know about the shop and you get to take the north end of Rt.97 to get there which is a lot of fun in itself. - Gene

Wat.

Tell me you're bullshitting me. OR tell me I can take it for a spin. Whichever's cool.

True story.  Swing by sometime and if you aren't too wobbly looking you can take it for a spin  laughingdp

Clutch is on the left right? Or, right, left? Dammit... I'll get it one of these days.

Clutch?
Yeah what do you need that for just grab a handful of throttle right as the motor gets to around 5.5k RPM and shift at about 7 without the clutch. Let us know how that works out for you. - Gene

reminds me of when I would ride my uncle's old 50cc enduro in the country. clutch wire was broken, so I would push start it in 2nd gear, ride it down the drive way, kill the engine, turn around and push start it for the trip back. most silly fun ever! Grin

 Tongue Sounds about right  [moto]

The gearbox is a tad unusual too. I'd guess that if you manage to pull away from a stop on the first attempt ok you'll probably be alright.

I always an attitude like "As for a photo. These are boxer BMW's nuf said unless you don't know what a boxer is."

Uh, dude, people want a pic of what you're selling to see the condition, not because they don't know what it is. My guess is this guy doesn't know how to use a digital camera or something. There should be an "asshat CL ad" button for posts like this.

OK rant off.
