Exhausted, but putting one foot in front of the other.

Dad's really doing well. He was alert enough at times within a couple of hours to "play Charades" and write little notes to communicate some questions and concerns and he was able to eat
some soft foods for dinner.

Everyone, I can't thank you all enough for your good thoughts and wishes...well, except Mom's. ;-) It means so much to me to read all of this!
