rizmoa bar end caps

Does anyone know how to take off Rizmoa bar end caps?

I take it you mean the ones with the plastic sliders?  An allen wrench will unscrew the cap then another allen to take off the metal part

I tried the Allen key but the hole bar end turned with it.

hold back on the bar end with a strap wrench.

loosen bolt using that method, then tap it in to the bar again. pull both out. Should work to break free the grip inside the bar
