I owed this year so I mailed it in. 

Suprisingly the IRS cashes checks much quicker than they pay out.

Looks like I won't get a check for a few more days based on Squeaks link.

Got mine direct deposit per the IRS schedule.

RE: Direct deposit. I don't know why anyone wouldn't select this option these days. When it was offered to me I said, "I don't want the government having my bank account number". My accountant looked at me, laughed, and said, "Uhh, I'm pretty sure they already do." Touche.

I got mine in that first week.  My SSN ends in 06 and I direct deposited.  I got it Friday of that first week they started sending them.  Since I file jointly I was wondering if they used my SSN or my wife's and apparently they use mine.
Cuz I'm a man i suppose?
