I suppose you could purchase any number of aftermarket options and weld your own tabs to make it fit? I mean...if we're already talking about welding anyways

Im not sure if its even practical to buy another one. I was just going to rent a tank of argon tommorrow and run a pass through the inlet/outlet area and call it a day. i think thats where its leaking.

There are M14x1.5 to AN-6 fittings which would adapt your engine outputs to AN-6. At that point, any number of aftermarket options become open to you.

How? dont make too much popcorn cause i dont know. I hang my oil cooler with a wire 90% of the time when i remove it. theres maybe 10% of the time where i let it sit on my fender. Maybe thats what caused it? but i dont know for sure where its leaking yet. im cleaning it up leting it dry and throwing some baby powder at it. duckstew thats good to know, i will see what well priced options are out there. pennyrobber, that looks way to small. I already run stupid hot in the city, i dont need a smaller oil cooler. maybe a bigger one!

There are 2 O-rings on the inlet fittings into the cooler as well as one crush washer between the inlet fitting and the cooler housing. Any of those three could be your issue.

Thats what my mech thought too but after replacing the o-rings, it still leaks. Maybe the crush washer? My bike has been knocked over by drunks trying to parallel park in my neighborhood. make the beast with two backsing night clubs! Im thinking it may have cracked something.

So, looks like the aftermarket ones are about 10 row, single pass. I'm assuming they are flat tube and folded fin construction for the core? Anyone know the tube diameter on the radiator flow tubes in the core? Also, what's the internal pressure these radiators are subjected to?
EDIT: The reason I ask is that I have a supplier for high quality full copper cored radiators that I used at my last job, they are super nice, well built and come powder coated - BUT - they are only rated to about 30 psi.

Believe it or not, but this piece has the same frontal area as the stock unit. I hear you about a bigger cooler though. Good luck.
