Uh-oh ... what's going on here?

If I didn't have my strong suspicions that we had ridden that 'well graded unsealed section' more than most of you I might be taking this personally.

I did offer other reasons for a slightly different route ... are the Claudio Fan Club serious?

Hay Betty
what would the aprox return time of this ride?
My late friends paddle out has not been confirmed for this date yet
but I am working that night so just wondering if I can fit it in.

Dez, you know these things are pretty difficult to guess ... especially with my slow arse dragging the chain. But this is probably a good guide:

a)   Kellyville Caltex (Fuel)  -    Arrive ~8:00    Depart 8:30     [53.1kms]
b)   Colo Heights (Fuel) -         Arrive 9:20      Depart 9:30     [65.9kms]
c)   Halfway House regroup -    Arrive 10:25    Depart 10:40    [55.3kms]
d)   Broke (Fuel) -                  Arrive 11:40     Depart 12:00    [29.6kms]
e)   Wollombi -  Lunch, 1hr       Arrive 12:30    Depart 13:30     [42.8kms]
f)    Kulnura (Fuel)                  Arrive 14:05    Depart 14:20     [42.7km]
g)   Mt White (Road Warriors)   Arrive 15:00    Depart 15:30     [23.8km]
h)   Berowra Mobil (Fuel)        Arrive 16:00

Timings are based on doing the speed limit pretty much, which tends to even out the rubber banding group ride effect that occurs with bigger rides.

If you had a quick lunch and headed off early (without stopping at Kulnura and/or Road Warriors) you could shave a bit of time. Not sure if it would be any faster heading back to the freeway from Wollombi (but would make sense if we went to Cessnock/Pokolbin for lunch) ... but the trip home can be shortened by using the freeway. This all means you may be doing the last part on your own, with anybody else with a deadline or with Rob if he is riding cupcake on the 695.

its more a problem heading to wollombi than from wollombi as it decreases radius

i dont care if you have been a mechanic for 10 years doing something for a long time does not make you good at it, take my gf for an example shes been walking for 28 years and still manages to fall over all the time.
