Imagine the impact you all had on the environment  Sad

Thankfully we are all good environmental citizens that offset our emissions and keep our machines well maintained.

If we chose to drive around in huge behemoths on the other hand the distance we travelled would be irrelevant.

Great day.
And Betty you thought you had no friends  Embarrassed
20+ Bikes is not bad a will possibly go down as record. Shocked

Even had the Paperazzi out.

And Claudio was at his usual best we should lock it in as a annual event chug

Best group ride we've had and yes the most people ever gathered.
18-20 people I think.
Poor Brett looked like his ears had been insulted by Claudio. Sorry about Claudio but the food is cheap and easy.

Such a great day on the bike, sitting at the dinner table I felt like I was still riding...
Thanks to the newbie's for coming out to meet up, hope you can come out again.
Yes we try to do a bigger group ride ever 2nd month or so.
Keep you eye out for the new thread each time.

And now.

We think someone left these on the table at Road Warriors.

is the next 'Bi-monthly ride' in october or august next year Wink

On rotation should be the first Saturday in October ... but I would think that will be the long weekend and double demerits.

Perhaps Saturday 25th September (yes 2010)? I'm sure that date clashes with something important ... but I'm sure you will all let me know soon enough.

Yeah I thought I'd bring out the big gun today.
Still seemed to be not wide enough as by the evidence from Rob and my fence surfing.

Good to meet you all today and thanks to everyone for being so welcoming to a newbie to motorbikes, Ducati's and group rides.

I was originally planning to turn back when we got to Colo, but I am glad that I stayed for the whole day. My back, arse, neck and legs are not so happy.

Special thanks to Jukie who stayed with my slow arse the entire way.

A big hallelujah to my good samaritan in the white ute who pulled over to give me fuel, about one minute after I pulled over realising I could no longer giggle any more petrol out of the tank to feed the 620's sputtering engine.

My pic contribution (hope it works!)

What the Ducati Showroom would look like if it moved to Kellyville

Waiting for the bus

What a my bike looks like without any fuel

Cheers, Rod

Great fun and soooo good no one got booked Police or binned.

Things of interest that I saw.
Suzy overtaking a line of cars on double lines uphill before a crest
and again around a blind corner. waytogo go hard girl.
Me overtaking at the same time as Matty overtaking me oops sorry mate.Mirrors I should check them !!
Me getting hit by a three foot long tree branch blown from a tree while I was overtaking a car
the branch landing in my lap   Shocked .
Thanks Rob the engineer fixing my blown out leathers zip
mental note to myself hmmm must loose a few pounds and not let the paparazzi catch
you doing anything no matter how Innocent.
The look of frustration on Cladio's face when twenty monsters start up and sound better than his
crap guitar cover song.

Shocked I tells ya.  She should be spanked for that!

Seriously though, I waited in both instances until I could see through - probably looked a lot more hairy from 20-30m back than from where I was sitting.
