hey, if this makes DNA a better organization, and leads to improved dealer and customer satisfaction for ducati in north america, then i will be one happy little monkey indeed.  if, on the other hand, this does not have a positive impact, then i will be only slightly amused   Cool

the dealers are directly influenced by the management goals, objectives and tone set by DNA.  that said, i have hope that this will change in a positive direction moving forward.
