Will the 696 DB Killers fit in the 1100 Termi's?  I have a set of 1100's and I am thinking of getting a new DB Killer for the 696 (used part) to hack up to get an in-between sound.

I haven't even installed the pipes yet, so I don't know how loud or silent the difference is, I can just pick up the killers kind of cheap to play with.....

No.  Different mount OD's for the db-killers between 696 and 1100 from what I had someone recently measure.

I've measured M1100 Termi Db killers but not M696 uns......   However from memory I believe that the OD's for the Db Killers 696/1100 are the same, only the size of the smaller diameter internal tube parts is are different.  I believe that M696 and M1100 termi cans are identical and carry the same part number - and so therefor the OD of the Db killer must also be the same.

I recently bought the m1100 db-killers to eyeball engineer them.  Guy I bought them from had both variations in hand and thus my comment -- he read me the dimensions over the phone as he took them.

If anyone has 696 db-killers -- can you measure the OD of the outer mount and of the inner tube setup w/slotted holes?

Steve has the measurements or I can measure mine and post for the m1100 setup.
