LED tail light arrived yesterday. Easy swap, but haven't tapped into the turn signals to integrate it yet...still waiting on the rest of the bolt-on fun.

New exhausts arrived on Friday and I started the install on Sunday. Definitely more fiddly than the stock set up when it comes to the install (11 pieces of pipe + cans with about 14 springs). Hopefully I'll have enough free evenign time this week to wrap up the install and get the bike on the road again by the weekend.

Isn't the better question when is Tocino gonna put his s2r up for sale. Not too soon I hope, I'm saving my pennies...
In the mean time, the frame sliders have been installed, torqued to spec even.
