So I got a new toy and I want to take it for a lil spin.

I have been totally MIA on the board (and on my bike) for the last few months, that's why I'm a fair weathered friend.

I have a commitment this Sunday that ends around 9:30a in Santa Monica. Anybody up for a slightly later departure and a trip up through the SM mountains? I think I've already wrangled one. Can we make this a party of 3? 4? Maybe more?

I'm thinking Coffee Bean on Main Street in Santa Monica at 9:30a. Quick cup o' joe and then on the road. Usual route.

FYI - I'll be riding like a grandma since i'm too scared to get (another) ticket.

What's the usual route? I have to work that afternoon but I may be able to join this little gathering.

Well, without giving too much away (Leo cloak of secrecy), it begins near Dukes and concludes a bit south of Neptunes Net and makes a few jogs along the way.

Sounds like a fun ride. I've done most of that just in bits and pieces. Well lets see what I can do, work wise. I'll keep you posted.
