Motodynamic Sequential Tail light Issue

Just installed a Motodynamic Sequitintial LED Tail Light on my 99 Monster 900...test fitted it, checked to make sure it worked, it did looked great, zip tied the wires and sub harness checked it again, looked great, went to go for a ride and checked the light again to make sure everything was working, but the turn signal isn't now on either side...I'm a little disappointed right now...I've double checked everything. I sent motodynamic an email, but they are not open till Monday, on there website it says that they will replace the light if it is not functioning properly, but I will have to pay for return shipping which I find to be a bit of bs....we'll see what happens, anyone else have the same light? mine is for a 99 monster?

have you checked again for loose connections? or a blown fuse? when i did a short tail one time, the connectors grounded out only after i buttoned things up.
