Anybody heard of or had any experience with these?  I've never seen them before.  They look interesting.

There's a track seat, a sport seat, and a tech seat.

The track seat looks almost like a stock seat

The Sport has gel inserts...sort of like the dp seat it seems

and The tech seat has memory foam....I'm kind of interested in this one.

yeah, I saw that there's 3 different seat. My stock seat was so uncomfortable
I replaced it with a Sargent, with the atomic super cell foam and I swear
by it. It was kinda spendy, but I think it was worth every penny. No butt
fatigue at all last summer on my 9 day road trip.

Maybe I should put the stock seat on for track days.

I actually have one of these seats coming.

Found some further info that peaked my interest:

"Saddlemen’s Track Style Gel Channel Solo Seat—available for most late-model sportbikes—isn’t intended to alleviate back or wrist woes, but its patent-pending, Saddlegel-incorporating Gel Channel technology is said to evenly distribute rider weight across the full surface of the pad, eliminating pressure points for enhanced comfort. Another key feature that may be familiar to bicyclists is a deep channel down the center of the seat that’s claimed to relieve pressure on the perineal region, increasing blood flow for greater comfort."

and

"Padding thickness is roughly the same as that of the stock saddle, resulting in no significant change in seat height or riding position. Saddlemen’s foam has a firmer feel than stock and delivers a high level of feedback, yet comfort was notably improved. The cover provided ample grip, keeping the rider securely in the saddle during hard acceleration. No annoying seat-pan freeplay, either."

I'll report back with my personal opinions. 14 day return policy, so if it's junk, it goes back.

It sure does. I actually ordered through an ebay dealer. We'll see how it goes. I'm pretty excited though, I have high hopes. The quality of the seats LOOKS great:

Let me know how that seat works out, as I have been looking for a replacement on my M1100 Evo as well. The stock monster seat is pretty damn uncomfortable after 100 miles, and I really need something different.

I was looking at the Sergeant, but $400+ seems a bit steep.

See kp's comment above. What's you butt worth?  Cool I've got the same seat your bike would take. Gets better as it conforms to your derriere. You can also send it back after a couple of weeks if you don't like it..., but I doubt you will.

Web page does suck but the seats look interesting, it will be good to hear how they work out.  I blush to admit I disregarded advice spread all across the internet and bought the Corbin seat.  There were some small issues, they won't talk to me.  They wouldn't talk to me when the order went astray.  They are absolutely the worst people to deal with and it hurts because I was told that and I did it anyway  bang head
Just sayin for anyone thinking along those lines.........

Looks like Corey was happy with his: http://www.ducatimonsterforum.org/index.php?topic=56894.0

I have seen Saddlemen's products in the AMA Pro Flat Track Paddock and they are all custom made for each rider.  Tom Seymour, owner/founder, is a great guy, die hard rider, and very in touch with his customers.

They are based out of Los Angleles, and made their mark with the cruiser crowd.  It is great to see them branching out into the sport, sport touring department.

**Personal story of why I am eager to give my support**  I knew Tom from the races, but I wouldn't say were best chums.  I called Saddlemen up randomly, b/c I bought a wheel off a guy in CA who was unwilling to ship but lived close to Saddlemen.  Tom said, no problem,  and boxed and shipped the wheel to me.  I don't think anyone will have a problem with Saddlemen's customer service!

Sorry if it sounds like I am cheerleading for Saddlemen, but they are a great company.  I am excited to see one of these in person!

Maybe it's just me, but what happens when it rains? Looks like that area witll hold water. That can't be good for the seat...
