What happens if you go past the minimum thickness of a rotor? Does it warp easier because its too thin to handle the heat?

Aren't the stock 749 rotors different? I thought they were deeper insets on the carrier.

As compared to the Monster 1000 (that the original poster has) yes... 15mm offset (749/999) compared to 10mm for the Monster S2R1000.

Inner Diameter 72mm
Thickness 5mm
Number Of Holes 5
Offset 15mm
