He's in waivers, so the Patriots would have the last claim. Any team can claim his contract, but if 2 teams do, then it goes to the team with the worse record.

That's what I said. The Teams with the worst records get first crack. None of the 3 will likely go for him, so NE will have their chance.

As long as he doesn't bad mouth their caterer.  :D
