I'm in the process of trying to decide how to set up my controls on my 1100. I'm going to start off with a Speedymoto top triple, but can't decide if I want bars or clipons. Stock position isn't that bad for me, but I'd like to go up and back an inch. I don't know if this is achievable with bars. I really like the looks of the Speedymoto tall boys, but I know they don't allow much sweepback. It may be enough for me though.
 Any thoughts?

Rizoma bars are up to two inches taller, depending on rotation, and with a similar sweep.

They come in several colors and will look good on a SpeedyMoto Cool

Often wrong. Never in doubt.

Speedymoto Tallboys - with their 3.5" rise - have to be compared to clipons with zero rise.  Compared to your stock bars they will be lower.  If you're happy with the sweep on the stock bars, then SM Tallboys will allow you that, but not much more.

You've probably already seen these threads, but here ya go anyway >>

i dont know about any one else who has the 3.5" rise tall boys on the 1100, but i definately feel more vibration than the stock setup. The stock bars are mounted in a rubber mount at the the top of the stock top tripple clamp and im not sure if its the shape of the tall boys or what but definately feel more vibration even with bar end weights. YMMV.

I would definetly figure out the bars before deciding on your top triple.

also, I love my tomasellis.they have a lttle bit of rise (compared to something like woodcraft) but can be set up really aggressive.

of course if youve got money to burn, the Gille's clip ons are bacon

Has anyone stuck these on a 1100 yet?  I'm not loving my Swatt's, and this winter is going to see another round of front-end rework...

Alright, those Gilles' look slick. I like the design as all you have to do is swap out the riser for more/less aggressive. I think I'm going to have to come up with a design of my own and try to make them. And now this bring's up many questions. 1. aluminum-yes 2. solid or hollow tube. Screw it, after an hour of research i've decided to see who sells them? I think the vario bar with 100mm rise is just what i'm looking for.

How about a Jese Riser.  I paid around 80 bucks for it and it added about a 1.25 rise and swept it back a bit too.  I noticed no change in the vibration.  I figured I would give it a shot for the price and liked how easy it was to install and I didn't have to rework any cables.
