What are the issues if I have to use my stock exhausts with the DP ECU and Freeflow filter?

It will be rich...

the stock exhaust might not flow as much as the filter and ecu are capable of delivering.

As long as it isn't so rich that the fuel is washing the cylinder walls of oil it will just be kind of fat.

You'll know right away.

how?
If it's rich enough to do damage it will most likely belch black smoke and foul plugs.

If it runs and doesn't foul plugs you should be good.

Different bike altogether (M695) but fwiw I ran several combinations over the course of a few weeks as an experiment, in the following order:

DP ecu + stock airbox + stock cans

DP ecu + stock airbox + termi cans

DP ecu + DP airbox + termi cans

No issues for me with any of the combos, and no adjustments in between.  Plugs continued to look fine.

The 695 is running DP ECU with stock exhaust and pods with velocity stacks. It's not as smooth as it was when I had the termis on, but it's better than just stock for sure.

Why would you NEED to run DP ECU and freeflow air filter??  If you need to run the stock cans..... do you not have a stock air filter and ECU you could use?   Not that I think running with the DP ECU and freeflow filter will cause you any issues anyway.

It will be rich...

the stock exhaust might not flow as much as the filter and ecu are capable of delivering.
How will it be rich?  If the DP ECU fuels the bike more than the stock ECU will not the greater capacity of the air filter to deliver..... more air.... compensate for that??  I think the stock exhaust will make as much fuelling difference to race ECU/freeflow filter combo as does the fitting of aftermarket cans to a bike running the stock ECU/air filter.  And theres plenty of bikes getting around like that with seemingly with no detrimental issues.
