i've never understood why he rides with so little gear.  my career is not really dependent on my looks/physical state, and i won't swing a leg over without my full gear on.  if i had as much riding on my handsome mug as he does, and the means to have someone drive me around in a maybach, i'm not sure i'd get around the way he does.

and the explanation that he does it for anonymity is bullshit ... not with the tricked out bikes he rides.

Near the end of the video you can see that the lower portion of the minivan fender was pulled away (from his bar-end mirror/handlebar catching the fender).
