Ok ok.......weather permitting, Paul and I are heading over to Bar around 8 for a coffee this Thursday night. Not sure if Suzy is coming so lets not pre empt anything  and call the night  her send off party, thats all. Predicting rain though, thats my only worry Mark but hey, the gelato is worth it don't YOU think  ?
Would be nice to catch up with the crowd seeing that the weather is warming up.

Ok, great............this Thursday night, being the 11th October around 8pm (some make it earlier)
Bar Italia, 171 Norton Street, Leichardt   (needed for newbies and our adopted American mate)  Svlosch, are you venturing out too for a coffee..?
For the uninitiated, its not ride related, just a social get together. It would be great to get a nice turnout so try and make it if you are free people.......

I'm going to try.  I have a work event, so I may show up a bit lit up, and in a suit.

Suits are permissable in Norton St, preferrably of Italian design plus a tie at the very least. waytogo

Although some of these will be now be chronologically incorreect, I thought I'd better grab them from the other thread so we can keep track. Please note discussion of a potential contingency option included below ...

Bar Italia this Thursday night anyone.......?     coffee

Brian put me down for a tentative yes for Thursday... It will be my final day at my current work after 11 years, so there's a possibility of celebratory drinks after work, which would of course rule me out, but if not I'd be keen to get out for a ride.

YES!

Good one Max, will be great to catch up.........wedding is close btw......?

If the rain rain stays away, I will be along.
Who wants to be there in the rain.  Undecided

Matty, trust me,.......there will be noooo rain     waytogo
Have I ever let you down  ?       Roll Eyes

The best way to make sure it doesn't rain is to have a contingency plan ... so how about that other place up the road we went to a couple of times with the big indoor area and carpark, is it still an option?

Just in case.

Mark, the BOM sais there is only a 90% chance of rain so it will bucket down during the day then fine up for the evening.   coffee   By the odd chance that i'm wrong, then your contingency plan could be a good idea. Forget the name of the place but one of us could stay at Bar and herd people up there, depends on who braves it if it rains.

Or just don't let Mr Rainmaker come tonight Grin
