I just had my instruments replace under warranty on my 2007 S4RS and noticed that it now has km/h speeds inset inside of the mph and the water temp is displayed as celsius.

Can I change the celsius to Fahrenheight and are these new clocks the same as on the tricolore?

Sound like you got an European instrument panel, rather than the USA one.

Looking at the part numbers they have three types European, UK and USA.

I am guessing that Europe is KMH/Celcius, UK is MPH/Celcius and USA is MPH/fahrenheit.

I checked but could not find any way to switch Celsius to fahrenheit.

You should take it back and ask them to change it once again.

Yeah.. Sad.  I just looked through the S2R shop manual and there is nothing that I can see about changing it back and forth!

I'll bet that's a Canadian guage cluster.  Until you get the proper one, if it's any help in guaging your temps the oil temp goes "HI" at 338 degrees F or 170 degrees Celsius.  "LO" is 122 degrees F or 50 degrees C.

But look on the bright side.  Now you can sit at 90 all day on the Interstate and not get a ticket Grin.

Funny mistake! Just think you can do 120 (thats 70 MPH) all day and not get a ticket .... I'd be intrested in a newer gauge cluster in KMs; what to swap?  Also does it show MPH & KM ?  I dont know why ducati doesn't have a dual speed dial for gauges!  Cars have to have em why not bikes?

I purchased a US Bike but live in Vancouver; what did they do about your odometer reading?

The bike has mph on the speedo with km/h in a smaller font.  The speedo read mph and the odometer is miles but the water temp reads celsius

I'm pretty sure there's a way to change that with the buttons, but I don't know what it is.

I found this info elsewhere.  If it works, let us know:

1. Hold down both left and right buttons while turning on ignition.
2. Press the left button to toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius.
3. Hold down the right button until the display says "OFF".
4. Turn the ignition off, then on again.  The display should now be updated.

That's it, thank-you sir!

It said EU, pressing the left button selected USA, right button for off and now it shows F for temp!
