i just want to reiterate how much "right" i think is going on with your bike. Not constructive criticism, but perhaps something to consider down the road:

Aftermarket brake lines. They really aren't an upgrade from the braided lines that come from the factory now as far as effect on brake lever feel (the old crap lines flexed and bulged before steel braided, so it was quite an upgrade...) The aftermarket brake lines *are* slightly lighter, however (if you need a performance justification), and crazy lighter if you jump to the carbon/kevlar lines

But the idea I was thinking is that it would get rid of the steel banjo fittings that attract dirt/corrosion by going to the lighter billet aluminum fittings in the color of your choice. (Black fittings are really nice because they "disappear" - you don't notice them in a good way.   I've had red/blue fittings (Fren Tubo lines) on the project fixxer upper M900, and on my M900 I've had red lines with gold fittings, and recently had to swap front brake lines to accomodate different calipers, so I went with black fittings on smoke (translucent black) lines. The line color is a covering over the braided line part, not the line material.

Here's a shot of the fittings on mine with the smoke lines, black fittings, Ti banjos:

and the previous setup with red lines and gold fittings (and gold banjo bolt, and silly bleeder screw cover):

Mine were from Spiegler-USA, but I'm certain there's somebody local to you that does this as well. (AMS here in Dallas used to cut/make their own for the race bikes and customers with track / race bike setups since caliper and master cylinder technology was quickly changing in the late 90's through early 2000's, and numerous different combinations made it hard to have pre-made kits)

But again, very little "performance" gain in going this route now-a-days, aside from a slight weight savings. Mostly cosmetic. As they saying goes "The devil is in the details" (And you've nailed every other detail so far!)

looks awesome man :)

if i ever decide to get the some cf tank covers, i would prob go the same route you did... painting over them and letting the cf show through only in bits.  i dont like it when there is too much cf everywhere... makes it look a bit tacky imo.  good balance of it on yours ;)
