LOL when I was in college about 11 yrs ago there were 5 of us in a town house and we had annoying ass neighbors... And at that time we had a fairly Loud System I think it was a 12 inch Sub and some towers something like this.. Loud enough that we had our friend 4 Units down say he could hear our music one day..So if we wanted it could be loud..

Anyhow these other neighbors were really pissing us off.. So we cranked her up and left for 4 days.. LOL ooooohhhhh Man were they pissed when we got back.. ohhh what a great time lol...
