Must be those guys from BARF that do all the running.

It's just not worth it to run. I mean run from what, A ticket?

Not sure if you guys have met the guy JJ up at the wall.. his rat bike (i think GSXR) has one of the those flip up plates and he rides around with it turned up so you can't see it.. I'm pretty sure he's a runner.

JJ's my brother!  laughingdp laughingdp Even if they could see his plate, he knows those roads better than we know our own houses! He can just vanish into thin air up there. I've seen it!!!

I figured you know him Cheesy

I also met the guy who calls himself "Army of One" that does all the weird painting and micro-machine cars... strange dude to say the least. I heard he used to be big into Darth Vader but he's decided to change it up...

Running can't be that uncommon. I've personally heard several people tell stories of doing it.

Lots of people tell stories of doing it. I wonder how many of them are true? Either way, the CHP's interests lie in playing up the story of people running. It gets them more "enforcement" dollars  Grin

And shows like "World's Wildest Police Chases" don't exactly help matters, since they serve to reinforce that notion. Ever notice the date stamp on some of that footage? Seems like they have to go back almost 20 years in some cases to fill time.

I ran once when I was 16 or 17. CR125 over a curb, through a field and down some streets. Cruiser couldn't possible have followed thru the field. Also Ran from private security in the woods. Well It was more of an avoid than a chase. The security guy comes after us in the Bronco, and we just nonchalantly rode over the top of the big pile of dirt that was supposed to be the road obstacle, and continued on our way. Not much of a chase really. Times are different now, I'm not 17 anymore and that was over 20 years ago. Id just pull over..

Running from a cop is stupid.

Running from a rent-a-cop is amusing  Evil
