You aught to try that Cuvee Van De Keizer Blauw/Blue that I listed. I brewer buddy of mine had some, then we followed up with some Chimay. First sip of chimay after the Cuvee resulted in a "Wow, ok that (the Cuvee) is some serious shit. This Chimay tastes like ass by comparison".
