What does Diavel mean anyway?

It's Italian for "Dave", as the bike was named after me.

This was no doubt chosen due to my epic power, lack of height, stopping power, or because some numbnuts wrecked one ten minutes into a ride.

Roll Eyes  I realize that.  I also already knew the translation

It's Italian for "Dave", as the bike was named after me.

This was no doubt chosen due to my epic power, lack of height, stopping power, or because some numbnuts wrecked one ten minutes into a ride.

I thought it was cool that our very own Mr. Incredible was the first hit.

I see it more as a VMax competitor than a Harley fight as well.

As for weight, I have heard it's actually really light. Like 430 lbs wet light with 165 HP.

So, depending on which way the letters face?

Maybe it's Italian for DeWalt and it's actually some sort of power tool. Like a sewer drain auger? laughingdp

That one above is not in stock trim. That was one of the bikes that was sent out to shops to do custom versions for the launch. The one above is Roland Sands one.

wow -- even the color scheme looks familiar to my DesmoDevil!

So did Ducati send you a royalty check?

They do say that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery...

I don't mind the undercover version in flat black
