THE Tamworth man who died in a car accident near Tooraweenah at the weekend has been named as Paul Blacklock.
Mr Blacklock, 42, died after the car he was travelling in, left the road and rolled several times.
The accident happened about 3.30am Sunday
on the Tooraweenah-Mendooran Rd.
Mr Blacklock was the passenger in a vehicle driven by a 46-year-old woman.
He was ejected from the station wagon and died at the scene. Inquiries into the crash are continuing and police will prepare a report for the coroner.

I bought my ST2 from Paul in '97 when he was at Frasers. He was a gentleman and fellow rider. He also continuously sponsored the Thunder Rally & Moorong Spinal Unit, completely generously. He is survived by his wife Rene', and sons Riley 7, and Josh 18. Messages of support can be directed to Bikes & Bits, Tamworth. 02 6762 1557.

Can't say I knew him or of him either but it is never pleasant news to get out to the wider group of riders.

Name rings a bell, but cannot place him. Did he go to any of the DOCNSW meetings late nineties ?
