2006 S2R1000 - Silver, Black, and Effin Fast!

« on: October 08, 2010, 10:00:11 AM »

Sorry I missed the group at Asylum last night. Steve emailed me but I hadn't put the lights back on after VIR.

Sorry for the spam, but I promise you will find this entertaining. Some of you probably know by now that I am competing with a few friends from Balance Gym Crossfit to win a cow. You heard me correctly, an entire (butchered) grass-fed cow.

The details of the competition can be found here:
http://www.marksdailyapple.com/have-a-picnic-win-a-cow-the-2010-grokfeast-challenge/

Our team's submission can be found here
http://www.marksdailyapple.com/grokfeast-on-the-shenandoah-river

And you can vote for us (Grokfeast on the Shenandoah River) here:
http://www.marksdailyapple.com/contest-poll-the-2010-grokfeast-challenge/

Please take minute to watch our submission, vote for us, and forward this on to any of your friends that you think will enjoy it.

Thanks,

And just how much of this cow do you plan on sharing with everyone?
