Quote
The Faction MX deep sump provides extra clearance for FCR carb main jets
Helps keep fuel contaminates such as sand and dirt away from the main jet
Creates a more stable pool of fuel, for more accurate jetting at prolonged periods of full throttle
Prevents fuel slosh

Must have or bogus?

Hmmm interesting.
I wonder how close the stock 'sump' is to the bottom of the main jet?

I've seen that kind of thing on Mikunis quite a while ago, but they used a spacer between the main jet and carb as well.

If it uses the spacer too, it's just to get the main jet deeper into the fuel, really more of an item for dirt bikes.

the adj leak jet that they have or R&D has is pretty neat. I'm not so sophisticated as to know how to properly use it.

i may get the little sumps on mine one day just to throw some color on there when i've run out of things to do. kind of like putting some tinsel on the flux capacitor

8 years with FCR's and never a problem.  I'll admit I don't ride the Monster in the environment that MX'rs do, though.

Not saying "bogus" ... just saying ....

Now, if you need a farkel or want to do another little bit 'for the economy' ...  applause

Never think I`ve needed one neither.....

F dirt applications seems plausible.
