Woo! It has taken me over 2 months to lose 5. What is the method you used? Stress does not count!

I work outside with dogs...........12 hours a day. I burn more calories than I take in, hence the weight loss. I exercise every day at work by walking/hiking about 4 hours with the dogs thru the woods. Keeping track of 30+ dogs every day is an energetic job. I truly love what I do. I cannot believe they give me a paycheck and I have this much fun.......it ought to be illegal!

That is great! Wish my dogs could hang out with you
They go to day care when I travel out of town or when I am at appointments all day.
They go to a great place but no hiking, the would be bonkers about that!
