can anyone prove the title wrong? even used ones (especially used ones) would be good. color/imperfections dont matter as long as its useable, its getting paint anyway.

I'm more of a bolt on type of guy, but if someone can point me at the right place I'll educate myself.

definitely wasn't direct bolt on. I seem to remember one way that involved welding tabs on the frame so that you could use any (or at least many) sportbike rearsets. another involved hacking up and mixing hardware so that it would bolt up. both were fairly involved but provided a useable rearset sub 300$, something that wont happen when rizoma, gilles, and sato are your only real options.

if the DSS Rizomas came in a clear ano I'd slap down my credit card today.
Alas, they don't and have no intentions to offer them from what I've been told.

Matt, Did I understand this correctly? Oven cleaner will remove anodizing? If so, I would really like to remove the blue ano on my Traxxion fork adjustors. This would be just what I was looking for.

Febur rearsets are surprisingly affordable. I checked into them a while ago. Shoot them an email, the part # is FE 740. I couldn't believe the price they told me. And they'll do any color you want!
