I just purchased my first Ducati, a 2007 S2R Monster from a dealer (not a Ducati dealer). A Duati left side bag and mounting bar came with the bike, but I can't figure out where the bar bolts to the bike. The spacing of the two holes on one end of the bar doesn't match up with anything under the rear fender on my bike. I looked at the pics on the forum, but the underside of the fender looks different than my bike. Anyone who can help?

How does the bag itself mount?  Specifically, the front strap w/ the Drings.  I bought one of these used and am trying to get it fitted for a ride early tomorrow.

Speeddog, were you able to fit the bag w/ the pillion cover on?  I had to take mine off to clear the top clip straps & the top edge of the bag.

That's my GF's bike, and it's been quite a while since the bag was on.

Sorry, I don't remember how it goes.

I'll try to check tonight.
