OMRRA Weekend
«

So... should I run the Cascade day on Friday? Should be nice. Although it's like mega more spendy to add as a last minute thing.
Mo - Can I borrow your front tire chock? (SP?) You know... the one you just ride into and it holds ya? Not sure if I will have a pit crew and that could help big when I come in from riding.
Anybody hanging out at the track this weekend? Should be nice fun. I will be volunteering. Makes a fun father's day event for you peeps too.

I was trying to get together a big group for Sunday, but everyone seems to have either spaced out or backed out on me. There was supposed to be 15 of us.
I passed the hint to the fam that it'd be a good Father's Day gift for all of us to go to the track on Sunday . . . guess we'll see.

I will be there Friday and you can pit with me. You can use my chock if you need, but we should be able to manage getting bikes on stands.
There are usually plenty of people there to help, and its not to hard to do it yourself once you figure out the "balancing" act.
Hopefully this weekend will be nice, I certainly hope its not more of the same (weather wise) that we have been having lately.

I just paid for Friday. So I am in like Flynn. Guess I need to make sure that I got all my work stuff covered too.
So, I can pit with you? Do I still need to bring my tent then?

Very cool Ryan!
no need for a canopy, I will have both mine up, and I think Do will be there as well (he has two too). I will get there at 7AM, you dont need to be there that early, I just want to make sure my pit area is secured, so I get there early. You should try and be there between 730 and 8 tho.
Weather is looking good so far.

CTT pits on the inside pits (same as a race weekend), I will be where I am usually pitted during the race weekend, near the start/finish line.

Can you leave your pit setup there all weekend? That would be cool as you would be all setup already.

Do and I are going to stake our claim this afternoon for tomorrow, and once setup, it will stay till Sunday evening.
Usually I just get there at 7am on the Thu/Fri trackday but lately people are getting in before me and taking the spots we reserve for ToR, so OMRRA is letting us setup early and have designated a spot on the map for us. Pretty cool!
