Feds recommend helmet requirement in all states and Earplugs illegal in MD

statler, if i ever need your help on that i'll contact you, thanks, and i'm in nova.

but like you said its rare that someone would get a ticket for this anyway if it was regular earplugs and not headphones on a motorcycle.

the few times i've been pulled over on the bike the LEO (motocycle police or cruiser) NEVER commented at all to me regarding my earplugs and each time it was obvious that I was taking out my earplugs after taking off my helmet and this was in CA, VA.

My comments prior were about earplugs... No music etc.  You guys get tagged in md with music and I'll still represent you... For a nominal sum.
