I am going the opposite way. For some reason, my cycling isn't counteracting the beer & food as much as it used to.
I'm not a pharmacist, nor do I know you, but I'll pretend that I know something. Adding some muscle mass gives calories a place to burn productively during cardio. Once I found that, I dropped a few lbs. Then again, if a bag of pork rinds means getting closer to a new moto, forget I said anything!
