So whats the deal with calling the 620's "baby monsters" As a 620 monster I am deeply offended. My bike can get into as much trouble as the larger boys. And last time i checked all monsters are the same size (frame, wheels and tank).

The  size of your monster motor is in inverse proportion to the size of your, um, level of confidence  Wink.

I've got the slightly bigger brother, the M750.  It's all fun an games until you get out of the tight stuff and a liter bike passes you like you missed 5th and hit reverse ~

That would make me slightly more confidant than average.

Small bikes are a blast though, I've got a baby Hawk (Honda Hawk 650) and I ain't skeered when I'm riding it.  I drag my knee, center stand, exhaust, pegs, kickstand like there's not tomorrow  Evil

This is exactly how I ride the Hawk 650.  The Hawk is my wife's bike and she goes and pets on it like it was a dog I just beat good when I get back from a ride  laughingdp

It's sort of like calling the youngest brother the baby brother.  We still love him and he's 32, but he is still the baby brother.

suck it up, buttercup.

(and when parked next to each other, our two bikes are quite different in size... might be just all height, but it's a big difference)

So are you saying size doesn't matter?

Because you know.....they only tell you that so you don't feel bad.

That's why I also have a Hayabusa. That way the whole size thing can never make me cry. Cry There... I feel better already. waytogo

I love my 620, it's a perfect city bike, keeps me out of trouble but still gobs of fun. I guess as I get older (nearly 40 now), the less I need/want/use an overabundance of power. In Europe and Japan, the 620 is a bigger bike!
